GAF Master Flow Pivot Pipe Boot Flashing
The GAF Master Flow Pivot Pipe Boot Flashing helps protect your home from damaging leaks around your pipe penetrations. These are the most vulnerable places of your new or existing roof. With it’s durable and all-metal design, the Master Flow™ Pivot™ system fully encapsulates ugly plumbing pipes for a streamlined, finished look. These boots have no exposed seals or gaskets, and they don’t require exposed caulking that can degrade over time in the elements. CRS has these available in 3 colors which are Black, Weathered Wood and Brown. In addition, we also have all three colors in 1.5″, 2″ 3″ and 4″ sizes. These pipe flashings are warrantied against leaks caused by manufacturing defects, or ordinary wear and tear for up to 50 years (or as long as the warranty on the adjacent roof cladding). Enhanced warranty coverage available when installed by a contractor certified by GAF in connection with a qualifying roofing system.
