The Automatic Roof Hatch Opener by Babcock Davis is a revolutionary product that allows you to wirelessly open and close your roof hatch from the rooftop, or floor level. Not only does this provide ease of use, but also a much safer means of egress to and from your roof. The best part of the product is that it can be installed seamlessly with any Babcock Davis roof hatch. The ARHO can also be installed on other brands like Bilco, with minor adjustments to the existing off-brand latch.

All of our standard roof hatch sizes are stocked and typically shipped out within one business day. If you purchase the ARHO with a hatch, the typical turnaround is 3 weeks and unit will ship separately. We also offer an option for Babcock-Davis to pre-install the opener on any of their models for a small fee. If you choose this option, you must purchase a BD Roof Hatch for the opener to be installed. If pre-installation is chosen without a hatch, you will be contacted concerning your chosen roof hatch model (can be installed on custom sizes as well).
